What device and operating system version are you using? And what version number of the eBay app?
If your device or operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, use a browser to reach ebay.com instead of using the app.
If eBay browser links open in the app automatically, go to your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links and choose "do not open in the app".
If you are using a Samsung device that recently stopped being able to use the eBay app, try installing an older version of the eBay app such as version 6.168.0.1 using an APK mirror site you trust.
