I have an account on eBay.de, I bought an item listed with $60 and free shipping. When I paid, beside $60 appear $25 tax, total $85. Not a problem the tax but I'd like to be visible before placing a bid.
Trying to ask about those $25 I discovered that eBay.de can't be contacted. Only one possibility, click on "call me" but when I entered my phone number, surprise: is accepted phone number only from Germany (and Austria and Switzerland). Maybe eBay.de is only for these countries? Ok, but why are accepted accounts, buyers and sellers from other countries? Ones accepted foreigners they do not deserve customer help?
Finally I started a chat on eBay.com to ask about a purchase on eBay.de, not helpful and I got an email with explanations how to email to eBay.com - something easy and I now how as time as I asked them.
Ideas how to contact eBay.de?
