Having a hard time listing items - The website responds slowly if at all

I'm trying to create a few new listings. Typically I do this by selecting a similar item from my inventory, that is already listed, clicking "sell similar" and proceeding from there.

Today, I'm having a problem with the website. It initially responds by allowing me to change the category or adding/removing pictures but I can't get much further than that before the page becomes non-responsive.

I'm using Google Chrome

Any difference if you use a different browser? If so, try clearing your cache ("for all time") and manually deleting eBay cookies in Chrome.

sometimes this issue happening to me because our internet proxy in my country (Yemen) is sucks.
So i was changing the internet proxy to other international proxies like (USA - Germany...etc) by using vpn applications.
it's working with me.

There are some major issues going on with the site right now, it's another BIG mess after an update.
