Haven't been able to pay for auctions for 16 days

I've called Ebay a few times and have contacted them on Facebook and no one can seem to help me with this. All they tell me is that they've passed it along to IT and that there is no answer from them.

I won 90+ auctions from the same seller and they sent me invoices, but when I go to pay them ebay combined them into one shopping cart. There is a limit on 40 items per cart so with 90+ in the same cart, the system won't let my payment go through.

The just need to separate them so I can pay. I haven't gotten nowhere with ebay. I talked a customer service agent on Friday the said she would escalate my ticket and send it to the product team and she would contact me this morning. Of course when she calls she had a technical issue with her phone and was unable to hear me so she says she was going to send me an email to tell me that she still has no answer. 

Is there anyone else I can contact at Ebay to resolve this? 16 days without the ability to pay is ridiculous.

It's been 20 days and still no resolution.

What device are you using? If you are using the app it is glitchy at times. Try making your payments using a browser on your device or using a PC or laptop. If you are already using a PC or laptop change your browser. 
If you haven’t been able to pay for 16 days your seller(s) may have already cancelled the transactions giving you unpaid item strikes. Which also could be why you can’t pay. 
If your seller hasn’t cancelled. Then why not ask your seller to undo the combined transaction, if that is still possible, it used to be once upon a time.

Most people here suggest contacting actual employees via social media rather than the contracted customer service agents that the call-back and chat options give you.

 

I ran across an answer to a different issue by one of the users here, and it has all the social media links you can use to contact an actual eBay employee.

I've tried everything without success. Ebay is telling me that they're aware of the glitch, but can't tell me anything else.

I've contacted real ebay employees and they can't give me answers other than they know about it and are supposedly working on it.

It's been 23 days and still no resolution and the agent that was supposed to get back to me hasn't in a week.

After emailing the ebay CEO, I received a phone call from someone from the executive office informing me that this is a known glitch and could take up to 90 days to fix. I contacted the seller to see if they could hold the items I won until then, but they informed me that after 30 days ebay automatically ends them for non-payment. The seller asked me to pay them directly via Paypal and I normally wouldn't go outside of ebay, but I feel that I have no other option. I hope that this doesn't affect my ebay account and that they fix this so it doesn't happen again.
