Have not received a confirmation email on a purchase

I don't know what's wrong but I have made a purchase from ebay and have yet to receive a confirmation from the site.  I have an account and everything and have yet to receive a confirmation that my order was made, I have contacted ebay twice and the seller who has yet to respond, what can I do?

Are you saying it's not in your Purchase History?

Did you pay?

And you didn't make a purchase from eBay.  You made a purchase from an individual seller who listed an item for sale on eBay's platform.
