Have always wandered why buyers ask me what size when it's in item spec's now i know

If a buyer doesn't have the eBay app on their phone they only see half of item spec's

I wander what percentage of buyers don't have the app,wow they can buy a painting not knowing a bunch,how bout that...... like exact measurements for one.
