Handling time doesn’t account for weekends in seller matrix

I was Top Rated Seller for about a decade before I was lowered to below average because I took the bad advice given to me by EBay Customer Service representative who told me not to refund my buyer anything for a return item that tracked as delivered to me but wasn’t delivered to me. That made 2 cases closed without seller resolution. I was told that seller protection would protect me from loosing top rating if I withheld refund from buyer because tracking showed that I had received a return but I had not received it. Then I had sever Late shipments that was strike 2 knocking me down to below average which on another note eBay customer service is very different to below average sellers compared to the top rating that I held for so many years. Customer service representatives wouldn’t even listen to me they returned 0 emails and 0 phone calls and they became impossible to get into contact with. I was so concerned about the mis-information that hurt my sellers rating that I didn’t notice that my “ships same day” times were updated to a time zone 3 hours behind me and had it stated that I shipped same day 2 hours after the post office closes in my area.
So that took me a month to figure out and while I finally got customer service to listen after my account was up go Above Average Seller and they removed the item from service matrix for the item that stated delivered to me then was updated to in transit to next facility 3 days later. Thats right it showed delivered just for 3 days and then RTS, but it was a return item why would I RTS an item that my buyer wants a refund for especially when it’s a $500 laptop that I never did receive back and was lost by USPS forever. They compensated me $100 but not much good when I was out purchase price plus the fees for eBay because case closed without seller resolution so $160 in fees wasn’t recovered by me and the time in fighting for Top Rating which was days.
Anyway this post is because I have had to watch my delivery times very close trying to get top rating back all matrix is ok except delivery time. It calculates last 3 months so soonest I could get back was 4 months after I noticed that I was supposed to be shipping same day delivery until 9pm my time.
Now I’ve noticed that if a buyer purchases an item on Saturday at noon my handling window closes at noon on Sunday despite my EBay store not being open on weekends. So several late shipments calculated by eBay for seller rating are expecting me to print label 7 days a week.
im hoping someone can fix this.

Sounds like your settings need to be adjusted on this page: https://www.ebay.com/ship/cutoff

Make sure Saturday and Sunday are both UN-checked then save.
