HIDING COMPLETED PURCHASES

Everytime I  try to hide my completed purchases they keep coming back? Any issues with this?

Just go to your ebay summary and scroll down to purchases and you can archive them from there. Not sure why you can't hide/archieve from your purchase history anymore, but the purchase section under summary still works.

Yes that also worked for me . So now we know its a change eBay made .

Now I have another problem .

Seller add says might not ship to my country . message seller for details . So I message seller he quotes me a price . I add it to my cart so I can request for a new invoice with the shipping total he quoted and now I get this message from eBay.  (This item cannot be purchased because this item cannot be sent to your shipping address.)

now the add clearly states may not ship . not will not ship . And seller already quoted a shipping price . but cant ask for invoice because its blocked by eBay with the above message . Just to make sure .

 I went to another seller that there add says ships world wide message for the shipping price .

I get the same message. This item cannot be purchased because this item cannot be sent to your shipping address. So now im blocked from buying even when seller agrees

Sounds like the seller needs to change his ship to preferences in that particular auction to include your country. I usually sell to US only and have people in Canada ask if they can bid and then I have to dit the auction to include Canada in the counties I will ship to.

2 items that I purchased from a seller a while back is like too. I try to hide the whole order a couple of times after leaving feedback after it arrived like I usually do but this time it comes back on my purchase history and I try to hide it again a couple of more times and it still comes up on my purchase history. It's so annoying but my other purchases stay hidden after I hide them after leaving feedback. Hopefully ebay will fix this stupid problem. I wonder if it's because I bought 2 items from the same seller?

yes it's annoying. It's happening to me too. Maybe it is because I bought 2 items from the same seller. I am not so sure. Ugh ebay and it's crazy glitches and stuff.

Yes, I'm having this problem with a multiple purchase from one seller made on 7/3. Delivered 7/9. Tried to hide this order on my pc and laptop. It just comes back. I've left feedback for both items just in case that was the trouble. Must be another eBay SNAFU. What else is new. They'll figure it out at some point without ever admitting there was a problem. Typical corporate response.

This is extremely frustrating. I'm a fairly high volume user. Hiding orders makes it much easier to keep track of which orders have arrived and which haven't. I wish eBay paid more attention to the problems experienced by it's customers.

Same here! Must be a glitch. Annoying because I like to clean up my Purchases page after I receive my stuff. I just put this same question out there!! Good luck! Hope it's fixed soon!!
