Ground advantage labels shipping as HAZMAT

All my ground advantage labels are printing as HAZMAT. Even though all the items are clothing. Need a fix ASAP as it seems to be a major glitch. Thanks

Exactly happening to me and the items are clothes. Ebay not getting back me.

Same here, trying to upvote all these posts so they'll pay attention. Some people here have scheduled phone calls with eBay over the issue.

This is especially frustrating considering that they JUST had to resolve a glitch where eBay was downloading links to captchas instead of people's shipping labels for like a month. Really keeping us on our toes I guess.

I spoke with a representative from eBay. The answer I was given was to just send the packages Hazmat or call USPS. She said that this was not an eBay problem, but a USPS problem.

That's funny because we just got off the phone with them and they did say just ship them but that eBay knows it's a problem and is working on it.  Fix time 24-48 hours.

Update:  It's back to normal.  Working!

Same for me, I just tried creating another label and was able to get Ground Advantage instead of Hazmat

According to eBay this problem is fixed, but you'll need to void your affected labels and purchase new ones.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Cancel from the Actions drop-down. The cancel option is available for 28 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label as the carrier wants to make sure the label isn't used. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (eBay funds, bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
