Glitch

I've been having the same glitch since the end of last year. I've called and contacted eBay almost every month since it started. Now we have a new glitch that prevents buyers paying for their items. I've tried to get in touch with eBay about it but, it seems they don't want to communicate about it. Why is that? I pay for a store pay all of the fees but, they don't want to talk about issues that prevent sales on the platform. I just don't understand

I have gotten some "inside" information that ebay knows of the glitch that is not allow some buyers to pay. It's been ongoing for a while now. Why it cannot be fixed is head scratching to me.

So what exactly does the buyer see when he's unable to pay?

 

There's a popular scam in which the buyer claims that eBay says that the seller needs to make some change to his own settings, and the buyer passes along a fake link that he claims was given to him by Customer Service and which pretends to be an eBay login page, in the hopes that the seller will follow that link and thus give up his login credentials.
