I know this a known issue but I haven't seen any comments or posts about it since about October 10. This just started occurring for me, Ebay saying there's a .35 insertion fee when editing listings.
As far as I can see, I haven't been actually getting charged these fees. I still have more listings left and I am not adding features that will cost more like another category. If I go create a new listing it says no listing fee.
Just wanted to share because this glitch is still occurring.
