General iOS and website issues

App:

- when using the app to set up an auction/offer, there is absolutely no way to format text. The font used when describing the offer is very small, but generally OK (Arial?), but when previewing the offer/auction, the font changed to Times New Roman (?)

- when buying a shipping label for Germany in the app, a QR code is generated which you can‘t find anymore afterwards, or it is buried so deeply in the app you wouldn‘t expect it where it is

 

Website:

- when logging in, you are asked to accept an SMS with code which usually comes quickly, but if not you can select „I still have the same number, but didn‘t get the code“ and then you end up here and cannot proceed, as there is no button:

Forum:

- when editing a post like this in Safari (iPad), clicking the camera opens an overlay without any buttons and tapping outside wouldn‘t close it; luckily I found out that I can tap into any input box and then tap the enter key to make the overlay disappear:

If you want to file a tech report or submit feedback on products @infiniter_de :

 

Through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

 

 

On the web:

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will also trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

Hi and thanks for you suggestion, but I very strongly suppose that the german and american websites are the same, such is the app. So these problem are most likely not local. Furthermore, I just wanted to put this up in hope some eBay website technician will note and record.
