I used the "send watchers an offer" for an item. Potential buyer that got the offer got the attached message FROM ebay. Shows the the item will not ship to the buyer. The buyer brought this to my attention, I have no way to even see it until she sent me a screenshot. If 2 people see this as incorrect then it probably is.

Yes this bug was posted on another thread. They were saying that if the buyer clicks the accept offer it should work. it seems the message is wrong and needs to be fixed but if you message buyer and ask them to try accept anyway it should work. At least it's something to try in the churning sea of open bugs!

I suspect there is another issue with the "make offer" option. I had one show up and when I made the offer a message popped back and said that I couldn't send that shopper an offer. That was about an hour ago, so I suspect there is an issue with the offer function across the board. It's a shame because that has been very helpful for business.

If a buyer opts out of offers.........they won't send the offer..... or if you've sent one before and it went to the same buyer, a 2nd one won't be sent.......that could be the reason you got that message.

Interestingly enough it was on an item I had just listed. Maybe they did opt out, but if that is the case why would I be prompted to send them an offer in the first place. 🙂 It's been deathly silent on offers since last night which is unusual for me. Just wondering if this is one of those issues they never tell us they are having.
