I just took a look at the discussion forums in Chrome -- looks OK here.
Are you still having an issue?

I'm posting this from Chrome to make sure it's working.

Well, I have to use Explorer to read it.

I just spotted this:
Perhaps eBay is updating the boards and changes are propagating.

No only that, I recieve a message in my email from a member through Ebay, but when I click on REPLY, I get, Page Not Responding. The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding. And the message isn't even in My Messages to answer directly.

That sounds pretty frustrating -- for both you and the person waiting for your response.
Hopefully this disruption will be over soon.

My self and others are having the same issue with chrome. Using Safari on my tablet to post this.
@toomstoys is also having this issue.
alan@ebay this issue is affecting an unknown number of users.

Was able to post from edge, nothing from Chrome other than getting the same screen shot from the other post
and all links missing from regular site pages too on chrome.

This was happening with edge along with other issues on Ebay. I cleared browser data and history each time and they went away. Has anyone ever had to do this for any other website? Much less 4 to 5 times a day LMAO.

Clearing browser data also worked on chrome too but I guess if users are having the problem and the forums are not loading these messages will not help much lol. I guess people should star clearing the browser data before logging in on a daily basis sooooo sad.

Chrome started working again a bit ago. I did NOT have to clear the cache to have it magically start working. Lithium fixed something.

We are aware of intermittent Community issues across all browsers, and we're working on it with Lithium.
