Lithium identified a server issue and restarted servers. I am checking multiple browsers and things seem back to normal. Please let me know if issues persist.

They used to keep users up todate about on going issues and inform users when they would be making changes and if there could be problems under the Announcements section. Now they have the Current System Status but it never shows any problems lol. Under that section it would be good for them to have a known / acknowledged issues section managed by them where they could post about on going issues and fixes they have. They could also have a user sign up button for each issue to report their account is having that specific problem and they could provide device and browser info and what they are experiencing so that there would be less calls for tech support and a data base for each issue with information on what the users are experiencing.
Last week Paypal had a issue with activity not being visible to users. Not only did they admit to having a problem but posted on their forum letting users know what was happening and what was being done to fix it. It took them less than 24 hours to figure out what had happened and fix the issue. Too bad that cant be done by Ebay.
