Formatting Shipping labels for Dymo printer

I'm trying to print my label through a Dymo 4XL label printer but the ebay forma isn't letting me change it to fit the label, so they're coming out cut off or teeny tiny. can anyone hep me please? I have windows computer, thank you

No, I'm still waiting for a resolution.  I printed it on a sheet and cut it.

When you go to buy the shipping labels, there's a section on the page that will allow you to change the settings.

Not sure where they put it now, but it was on the right side of the page.

I will do it but the next one I already bought it like this and I tried to print and it does not come out correct.

As for the current label, what size was used? If 8.5x11 then you should be able to scale to fit a 4x6 label. Do you still need help with the current label to get it to print @jalisco_2019?
