For the last 2 days i have been unable to send any offers to buyers.

Also noticed that when looking at some of my listings they will show 0 watchers but when i click on one it says "1 watched in the last 24 hours."

Do not count on any information which is not essential to the sales process being up to date or accurate during peak traffic season.

1 in past 24 hours will NOT be in the 'eligible for offer' stage as they are simply NOT THERE yet. Needs to be a few days.
