Firearm Policy enfringment

One of my items has a policy violation. I don't know how to fix. There are other identical items sold by others on ebay. The item was listed as: Byrna SD Launcher - Black/Yellow - With Carry Case and extras

in the description it clearly states:  Cannot be shipped internationally or to the following states: CA, NY, Washington D.C., Oregon, or  Hawaii in accordance with local and federal laws.

This item is clearly not a firearn.

How can I re-list this item and be complient?

Firearm Policy enfringment

This is probably the issue:

Cannot be shipped internationally or to the following states: CA, NY, Washington D.C., Oregon, or Hawaii in accordance with local and federal laws.

Since there is no way to block buyers by State (other than HI/AK) if an item  cannot be shipped to some States due to State regulations it would not be allowed at all. Of course if it's banned under a Federal law then logic says it can't be listed at all.

Your disclaimer is worthless.

Is this the same items you've posted about 2 other times already?

Have you read any of those replies?

You can't list it here.

Have a great day.

Firearm Policy enfringment

Phanto;

Sorry to say I have no helpful advice, just my sympathies for you.

Many years ago (Ive been on ebay since the 90's) I had a common, NON FEDERAL REGULATED firearm part listed, dozens of other sellers had the same part listed too with no problems.

I got a notice from ebay my item was removed and received a very threatening notice that I was on probation and a 2nd infringement would be a permanent account ban.

I questioned the reason, pointed out all the other listings and was simply told in vague terms there was a word in my listing they didn't like.

I just threw out the part, counted it a loss, and I've never sold another firearms related item since on ebay.

You can't fight big brother unfortunately, very sorry to say.
