I am unable to leave positive feedback on my purchases for the last four days. The send bar will not highlight for me to send. Is there a recent issue?

In the past when that has happened to me, trying another browser or another link, or trying to touch all the required settings and fields again has allowed me to leave feedback, assuming you are still within the sixty day time frame, the item has not been removed, and you have not already left feedback for that item.

Also worth considering: trying to leave feedback using the eBay app, or when signed in to ebay.ca or ebay.com.au.

Thank you so much!! It works now.  I needed to change up my comments section in order to get the send bar highlighted.

Feedback is nuts. It combined an ahole i bought from 7months ago a singl I Ching, a recent purchase, a compass I liked and a sleepmask I never ordered.

And there is nowhere to report this. Feedback is broken.

So are you saying that your Feedback Profile shows you all of those transactions into one?

Is this about the feedback you left for two transactions that have the same comment, one positive and one negative? You may be able to post a follow-up or reply, or contact eBay to see if one can be removed. For the negative, you may be able to have the seller send you a feedback revision request if you want to change it.

On your feedback page, you should see a "Comment?" link in a blue rectangle on the right side of the page -- you can use that to give eBay direct feedback about the design and operation of the feedback page.

In a span of 6 hours last night I got 3 glowing positive feedback comments with negative ratings- it had me wondering whether it was buyer error or- because of the volume- some kind of website/app issue.
