Also cannot access feedback when clicking on recent feedback left by customer or when clicking on link that shows total number of feedback.

Are you using Safari? There's a current bug where there's a full blank white page and you have to scroll way down to see FB profiles. It's annoying.

 

Click the ? icon on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report. The more users reporting, the higher it will go up eBay's fix list.

 

As for order of feedback: when you view your own feedback while logged in it defaults to most recent. When you look at any other account it defaults to most relevant. You have to change the sort filter if you want to view most recent.

 

As for "cannot access" - don't know what you mean. Can you provide more info? What page are you on when clicking links and are you getting error messages or .... what?

If you are using Safari, try scrolling down. For some reason the page renders with a lot of white space in Safari.

Yes, I'm on Safari.  Thank you, I see now that I have to scroll down on the blank page to see my feedback. Yes, annoying. I have reported it.

Order of feedback is set to most recent.

Thank you, I see it now when I scroll down. It was not like that so hopefully they will get the bug fixed. I have reported it. It also appears in a different font/size when the blank page is happening.
