Yesterday(Wednesday) feedback was working fine, Today(Thursday it isn't working, keep get an error message say to try again later, been going on since early this morning.
Yes I have the exact same problem but for multiple item orders only. Single item orders work for me on desktop. Is this for a multi item order? Happens on all desktop browsers tried. Was able to leave feedback using the eBay app on my phone. I reported it on facebook a couple days ago but there is no fix yet. Try using the app till it is fixed. Good luck,
