Major issue with third party buyers and eBay taking money anyways

Is anyone else having problems with your auctions being intercepted by third party scammers and eBay not doing a things about it and just taking my money in every few possible!

How is a 3rd party getting involved in auctions? 

If an auction is still active, it's not completed for anyone to intercept.

If it completed and buyer pays and you get an email stating to send it 'here' instead- that is a popular scam being sent by thieves that were watching the auction and sending you a message.
