On my computer screen, it's the word "advanced" in the upper right hand corner of the seller hub in which I can look at all of a particular sellers items for sale or completed sales. I get things that have nothing to do with it.
Are you scrolling down and filtering to sales by only that seller? I ask because I just did that to my sister's account without any problem. (She had 400 Active listings and 31 Solds.) Try that, if you haven't. Good luck.
Check the box where it says "only show items from", then enter the seller's username in the box next to where it says "include". If you then hit the search button, you should see that seller's items for sale.
