I'm having an issue where no matter what shipping option I give on a listing (priority mail, first class) it no longer shows "Fast N' Free" under the delivery estimate and every listing now say it will take 9-10 days to arrive OR it just say "Varies" and nothing else. I only have 1 business day selected as my handling time, and 2 phone calls to ebay have only turned into "We will send this to our technical team" and nothing else. This is costing me sales and I feel stuck. Anyone else have this issue??

This just started happening to all my listings in last couple days around 11/30/2019. First Class and Priority Mail all show 10 days delivery time (with 1 day handling). Priority Mail EXPRESS shows 4 days. The correct days should be 4 and 2, not 10 and 4. Did you get any resolution to your shipping dates? This is a real sales killer for the holidays. Not happy.

Checking some of your items.. I'm in PA you're in SC
on lst class and Priority I see on or before "Dec 10".........
On Media, I see Dec 4-10......
on the Aladdin Poster, I see priority, Guaranteed by Dec 6.
I dimly remember a similar problem which I think was cured by opting in/out of Guaranteed Delivery (all listings)..... with the caveat, I'm old, my memory is bad, and I could have misunderstood....you might try playing around with that to see if anything gets changed......

I'm not seeing that...........
Priority to me is showing Dec 6, (guaranteed)
First class is showing Dec 10
That said, I'm seeing the same kind of thing in my listings........Dec 10th for lst class to my own zip (double checked Better Half's and the same thing):
I did just opt out guaranteed delivery( which didn't show any listings even at 4 days) so we'll see if that helps........ but doubt if it's gone into effect yet.
brian@ebay has more time been added to 1 day shipping than usual? These seem like long delivery times? Sure not going to help for Christmas shopping.........

Yes this has been going on for some time now. I had buyers question me all of November on this. Some expected dates were showing as a month out !!! Terrible for this time of year.

Just to reinforce this:
to Ga (from southern PA), mailing Dec 2, ebay is showing the buyer a delivery date of 12/9.........the priority label I just printed shows 2 day delivery............. something is badly wrong.........and if fast delivery is important to buyers.....as ebay keeps preaching........this needs to be fixed.......quickly..........

Hi @dhbookds, I've looked into this and found that this has been reported to our tech team for investigation. Thanks for tagging me and letting me know about it!

I am having the same problem regardless of the shipping service. Thanks.

Same issue on my account....I really hope this gets resolved quickly.

Here we are, almost 2 months after I first reported this issue, and 11 days before christmas, and on what should be an extremely busy Saturday, but is dead because my customers think it will take 9 DAYS TO SHIP and don't think my items will arrive on time, even though i have SAME DAY SHIPPING and use priority mail (1-3 days).
I'm trying to figure out what I'm paying a monthly fee for? Thanks eBay for taking billions of dollars from sellers and dropping the ball...

It is still an issue....
.... on our "Manage Orders awaiting shipment" page the ship by date for orders placed Dec 10th via priority mail ( and a 2 day handling time) show a ship by date of Dec 23rd! We also noticed in some listings the estimated delivery date for an item with 2 - 3 day handling time showed the buyer an estimated arrival time within 7-10 days but if that listing was changed to a 4 day handling time the estimated arrival time extended out to over 1 month.

Hi brian@ebay
Do you have an update?
This issue has been going on for months and months now. It is killing sales (especially sales for the last two weeks before Christmas). Since this bug impacts eBay's revenue, it would seem like this would be a priority to fix. It's definitely impacting the livelihoods of affected sellers.
I just spot-checked several of my listings for examples, and no matter what zip code is entered, the estimated delivery for Priority Mail is Monday, Jan 13 and for First Class is Wednesday, Jan 15.
I have a one-day handling time. To my own zip code, it should show Thursday, Jan 9 for Priority and Friday, Jan 10 for First Class. To the furthest zip code, it should show Friday, Jan 10 for Priority and Saturday, Jan 11 for First Class.
Is this somehow tied to Guaranteed Delivery? Should I turn it off?
Thanks.

Looked for threads about this in the AM, but did not hit this one.
Having the same problem with estimated, and ship by.
I started a thread with examples, but got no response.
