When I try to bid on two different sellers (but only from these sellers, everyone else is bidding fine) I get this message:

Item: 267190249946I bought goods from the first seller on Sep 23, 2023. The deal went smoothly. I asked the seller if he had banned me. He replied that he had not and that these were technical problems for some countries. Although delivery to my region is available.I was banned from the second seller for canceling an order about a year ago. Previously, when I tried to place a bid, a message about the ban appeared. But now I see this message.

I don't know how things work here in terms of "necro-replying", but this was the ONLY result when I searched for that error number. I have the same problem, except not with bids, but with a BIN, after I added the item to my cart, I tried to go to checkout, and noticed that the total price of the checkout did not match the price I had previously calculated, and then it turned out it was excluding one item while giving me this message. I messaged the seller, but he never responded.
