Error in status seller City-collectables

I cannot bid on items of this seller since a couple of weeks. Ebay reports that the items listed probaly are not for sale. Still this seller is selling continuously. I have bought from them is the past several times.

I contacted them and they replied that this problem exists for most EU citizens. It seems to be related to the fact that they are originally English, but reside in Poland.

An Ebay message appears stating that presumably the item is not for sale. Nevertheless you can see that they solds the items.
