BUG: Wrong timezone on message timestamps

Hello.

When I use the instant messaging feature to communicate with sellers/buyers, timestamps appears in PDT. My system time is EDT. Messages appear to have been sent/delivered 3 hours earlier than they actually were.

I have the same issue. It is annoying to have the message times off by 3 hours.
