Can anyone explain what this means? All selling and ebay fees come directly out of my Paypal account as they always have. I have been unable to print postage for about 3 months now through ebay. I have been printing through Paypal site. Thanks

Is your PayPal account linked to ebay?

Check that is there no expired credit card connected to PayPal?

Check that PayPal is select for paying online.

Log into your PayPal account.

Click on Settings (gear icon at top right).

Click on Money, banks, and cards.

Go to Your preferred way to pay>Online purchases, and click Change.

Select PayPal.

If you are printing from eBay site and choosing USPS carrier it will emit that error.  I switched to FEDEX carrier and it worked fine to me.

I have the same problem for more than a year and ebay can not give me a solution. It's pretty messy sometimes to print shipping labels from paypal. I already made a few mistakes printing shipping labels and shipping a diferente item because of this problem.
Did you find a solution for this?
