Error accepting offer from seller despite accepting 2 others

I had 3 offers from a seller that all expired in 19 hours. I accepted 2 of them but when accepting the third, I get an unexpected error message and the offer doesn’t go through. I tried closing and reopening and clearing cache but the error still appears. How can I fix?

The seller may have ended the listing or another buyer may have made a purchase, ending the offer. 
Or you have used up your offers, for most categories you can make up to 5 offers, expired , declined and retracted offers all count towards this limit. 
Each offer is valid for 24 hours or until the offer is accepted.

Sellers can make offers to multiple people for the same item at same time. Maybe the offers was accepted by someone else first.
