Error(NSURLErrorDomain The request timed out (-1001)

This has occurred today on my iPad. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling after a restart. App is there with nothing in it

Many app problems stem from not having the latest version of the eBay app for your particular OS. Try uninstalling, restarting your device and then installing the latest version of the eBay app from the app store.

I see you have posted your question on that thread on the iOS app board; the app boards are monitored by eBay and there are eBay folks there that can answer questions and provide more specific advice, though I do not know if they are doing so on a Sunday.

 

In the mean time, you may be able use Safari to get to ebay.com while you are waiting to get the app straightened out.

Thank you - I have posted it to anyone that may help me . In 10 years using eBay I have never had this problem!!!
