Error Message on Manage Your Discount Page

I have been trying for several weeks to renew sales on the Manage Your Discount Page, but I keep getting an error message that reads "We've encountered an unexpected issue. Try refreshing this page to resolve."  No matter how many times I refresh the page, it still does not work.  When is the estimated time this problem will be rectified?  I desperately need my items to be on sale to be in business!

Look to see if there's a ? icon at the bottom of that particular page. If there is, click on it. You can report content, send feedback to eBay, or report a technical issue (see screenshot below):

If necessary, go to the eBay home page to report the issue > eBay Home Page

There is no icon on that page,  just a blank page and the error message:  "We've encountered an unexpected issue. Try refreshing this page to resolve."   I will report the issue to the eBay Home Page as you suggest.  Thank you.
