My collection page is not available on desktop web browsers Google Chrome or MS Edge. works fine with the mobile app.

Is it possible you are signed in to a different eBay account in those browsers than in the app?

Nope - just the one eBay account. When I navigate to the My Collection page on my desktop web browser, I get this message:
We're currently experiencing technical difficulties.
Works fine on my mobile app

I do not have anything in my collection, but when I go to the link under My eBay using Firefox, it leads here:
https://www.ebay.com/collection/hub
Where the page seems to load for me, but says "No items found".
No server error message for me.

Thanks for the reply, it still isn't working. Cleared cahce and cookies, tried mutiple web browsers even on mobile devices. The only place it works is on the mobile app. I have hundereds of trading cards in My Collection. I just can't get the page to load.

Any difference if you temporarily disable add-ons? Or if you use a private or incognito browser window?
Try using the "Help improve this page" link if you can see it on that page to report the issue to eBay, or else try this link:
