Endless Loop of Sign In, Verify as Human - unable to relist, list or edit

I have been trying to edit a listing I have (no bids on it yet) since Saturday night, and on both Firefox and Chrome, I am stuck in an endless loop of sign in, verify as a human ?(click the boat/plane/bus etc) and then it takes me back to the home screen to start ALL OVER when I try to do anything as a seller. I made sure I only have one ebay window open, etc. Is anyone else having this problem?

Having this problem tonight, but apparently this is a very old thread now. It's now 2024. lol. I've verified pandas and lions about 20x...I'm just trying to buy something. Oddly enough, I've been processing orders for the last hour with no issues (printing shipping labels, sending refunds, etc). Just the part where I give ebay my money to buy something is not recognizing me as a logged in human being who has been on Ebay since 1999. lol.
