Ending listings and selling similar not working

After selecting ended listings to sell similar, the bottom button to complete the sell similar action is no longer generated/appearing, so its impossible to get these item listings active again.

Seriously this has been a core function for decades, and now it stops working?  Millions of sellers cannot get even more millions of their listings back in their stores using end/sell similar now.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue or a page display issue.

I want to clarify the issue.  This occurs when you try to do a bulk sell similar of ended items.  The list of items to sell similar appears, you select all, but no final popup screen shows up with the final button to complete the listings.  If you do it individually, one listing at a time, it works, because it doesn't launch you into the programming it uses when it builds the screen with multiple items to relist.

How many items are you trying to relist at once?

Are you able to do a bulk relist of a smaller number of items, such as ten listings? If that works, try upping the number until you run into the problem.

Already tried, no difference.  Tried different browser, no difference.

I am not posting this for suggestions or a back and forth discussion, I already troubleshoot before posting.  I am reporting a technical issue to have it on record and for ebay to note and investigate.
