Editing Store Marketing Banner

I am having trouble editing my store marketing banner. I currently have a banner using a store category. I would like to edit the banner to display a coupon discount.

When I click on the little edit pencil, select discount, and then choose the discount I want to use, the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the screen disappears, and I cannot proceed further.

I tried completely removing the current banner and starting over from scratch to add a new banner without success.

I tried signing out, clearing the cache and cookies, then restarting my computer without success.

I tried changing from using Chrome to using Firefox without success.

I have reported the issue using the ?  on the page.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas for a workaround?

Same here @mcdougle4248 . I  removed my banner no problem, published changes. But now I cannot add a new banner because scrolling does not work. Not with mouse and not with keyboard commands. Clicking the box to add an image or save changes does not work. It's completely frozen.

Kinda wish I didn't test this one for you 'cause then my banner would still be there. 😂

Oh no! I am so sorry 😢

I was able to add back the store category marketing banner that I removed while trying to figure out what the heck was going on, so at least I have that for now.

Yeah, stinks, but not your fault. I volunteered as test subject.

I know you already reported this, as did I, but for others reading ...

Anybody else experiencing these store problems, please click the ? on the bottom right of the page to file a tech report! The more people reporting, the higher priority these problems will go up eBay's fix list!

Good news / bad news @mcdougle4248 .

Good news, the marketing banner is fixed (problem from your OP). 🎉  That was pretty quick.

Bad news, the problems with manual featured rows that have been persisting for a month (linked in my post upthread) are still not fixed. [🎶 sad trombone]

Thanks for the good news/bad news. I have been leaving my "rows" as is and just changing out the listings. I hope eBay will get that fixed for you (and others) soon.
