Ebay wont allow me to crop my photos and is making my photos pixaleted and look terrible

Does anyone know how to fix this it just started doing this last week? I even tried listing on the computer instead of my phone and it doesn't help.

Maybe the photos are the wrong size. Can you retake a photo and try that.

Same here, my photos look fine in my phone but once listed they look pixilated. I list books and the words on the pages are unreadable in the photos. This has been happening the past 4 days.

Your photos do not look pixelated to me when I looked at your items.  Perhaps it's the ebay app that went bad.   Delete it and reinstall it and see if you can crop the photos.  Also,  you are selling clothing by laying it on the carpet.  Get 2-3 white poster boards and put them on the floor and lay the shorts and other clothing items on that.   You don't want the carpet fibers (plus possible pet hairs, etc.) to get on the clothing.     It does NOT matter if that is a new piece of carpet fragment. It looks like a regular rug where folks walk on it.  The poster board is great.  Go to Dollar Tree  and buy a few.  Oaktag is good too but the foam board poster board is easier to handle.  When done, just put it away by leaning against some corner in your home.

Lots of people are having the exact same problem.  Reinstalling the app makes no difference.

Issue seems to be galaxy s22 ?  i've reinstalled the app.. tried a different phone camera app. nothing.  i've even reinstalled my whole phone.. no fix.   Ive seen a few other sellers newly listed images all compressed as well, so its not just a few.  been like this for a week.
