Ebay wont allow me to crop my photos and is making my photos pixaleted and look terrible

Does anyone know how to fix this it just started doing this last week? I even tried listing on the computer instead of my phone and it doesn't help.

Is anybody else having issues with their photos looking pixelated and not cropping?

In the last few days I've had issues when adding photos they look great but once I put them on eBay they look pixelated and it doesn't allow me to crop them. Does anybody know how to fix this?
