Ebay will only allow me to print certain shipping methods when at item is sold

Hello,

Your help would be greatly appreciated. 

When an item is sold and I go to print the label, let's say that the user chose USPS parcel select or USPS priority mail, I am not able to print the label. I have to choose another option that the ebay software  allows me to choose. I try to choose the closest option to the shipping method that the buyer chose or even better/faster.

Could anyone help with this?

USPS Parcel Select is no longer available to buy on Ebay.

You can still offer it, you just can't buy it here, you'll have to use Pay Pal or a site like stamps.com.

Usually when Parcel Select is chosen, it'll default to a Priority Mail option.

I know the last time I had trouble getting Priority Mail to come up, it took me a little bit to figure it out, but don't remember what I had to do.

On the label page, there are 4 blue tabs under "Service".........be sure the correct one is selected...........

If you aren't seeing any priority option, I'm guessing either Fedex or UPS is chosen........

it's not letting me print international shipping labels either... I think there is an issue
