Having problems is a mild understatement, the whole ebay system is a problem now, nothing works properly and there is no one to contact about it. I know that is not very constructive but I am simply fed up with having to put in tons of extra work just to try and keep the system working while I much rather put that time in to my customers. It's ironic that ebay demands that sellers deliver a flawless product and experience to buyers while it totally neglects it's own customers, namely the ebay sellers who pay their bills. I love selling and working on ebay if only the system would function properly but the issues have been going on for too long now and have cost us thousands of dollars in extra personnel costs and lost sales. Alternatives to ebay are few but I am doing everything I can to spread our sales away from ebay as ebay is in many aspects simply no longer a reliable partner.
