Ebay updates = Glitches

Since I opened my premium store in 2012, whenever eBay updates their system (2 or 3 times year), I get a number of glitches in my account, restrictions, and violations wrongfully. I have documentation when I spoke with csr's, and supervisors when they promised I could relist the items  and they would delete the restrictions and violations in my account, remove the glitches and report this instance to the technical team. 8 years later, all of the glitches and violations are not just in my account, they have been compiling. I don't think they reported it to the technical team, or else someone at eBay has it in for me and my account. Since 2012 glitches keep on being put into my account, and I keep on being promised that they will be removed,  yet, they never have. Does anybody else run into this kind of dishonesty? Does anybody else get shallow promises from csr's and supervisors with documentation, and still nobody takes care of it ?  After 12 years being on eBay, I'm wondering, is there any other 12 years seller on eBay with 100% positive feedback experiencing this sort of deception ??

Ebay does system updates far more often that when they release a Seller Update 2-3 times a year.  Most Thursday nights there is an update of some form happening to the site as there is always something going on whether it is an adjustment to something or fixing an issue.

It is likely you will have to be much more specific to get any real answers or help.  I know that may be frustrating for you.  But without it, we just don't know what you are dealing with.

Separate the issues and don't run them together as it will be much easier to follow and likely to be less confusion for those that are only here to try and help.

Yes, 15 year TRS. EVERY time eBay updates search or system we see a huge drop in traffic and sales. 90 days of steady daily sales - turns into one sale every 3 days. Errors and glitches accompany every change to system or search. Current - our sales have decreased -45% this quarter compared to last quarter. Organic traffic/impressions are falling since July 1 updates to search/system. No changes to my seller status or listings, just a huge drop in sales and traffic since July 1.

There is a new glitch affecting multi-variation listings too and it is driving sales down by as much as 20-40%, getting people to react and file a complaint has been like trying to empty the ocean with a cup.

I recorded the eBay app, this video shows how the glitch is working to undermine our sales:

Upon clicking, the app is choosing a variation and promptly showing its picture. The end result of this is that buyers are now shown the images of a multi-variation listing in a completely mixed up order --> This drives buyers away and has brought down my conversion rate by 20-40%.

19 years here, I do not get that glitch but I have come to notice that they appear to do some kinda major updates between the 10th and 20th of each month and when they do my normal sales of around 50 items a day drop drastically for a few days. Example the last 2 days, sold 45 items each day today crickets. Sitting at 15 items fourteen hours into the day. Sunday is normally my biggest day in sales, not today.
