Ebay still identifies your name and email after loging out.

Why does Ebay still display your name and email even after loging out and unchecking the option to remember your login? There's no option to remove your identity except deleting cookies. This is a privacy and security issue, particularly if you're on a shared or public computer. Pretty annoying considering how Ebay nags about "security" and doesn't even allow you to logout properly.

If you are on a shared or public computer, you can avoid that situation by using a private or incognito browser window. Then closing the browser window will not leave any history or cookies behind.

That's what I'm already doing, but it still bugs me that Ebay doesn't allow people to logout properly. Not everyone is computer savvy and Ebay still  sucks when it comes to account security.
