Ebay site does not show the number of views on my listings. Showing up as zero

The number of views on my listings are showing up as zero.  Once in a while they come back for a short time and then disappear.  Very frustrating! Anyone else having this issue?  Is there a way to fix it?

This "zero views" has been a frustrating glitch/problem for a while now. Last weekend, I recall that it happened about mid-day on Saturday, and finally seemed to be "fixed" either late Sunday or Monday am - however, only views that were displayed prior to the "outtage" were displayed. No new views were displayed until sometime on Monday. Same "zero views" problem occurred the previous weekend, from sometime on Saturday until either late Sunday or early Monday. This week, however, the "zero views" wipe out happened today, a Friday, so this problem appears to be escalating, increasing the "no views" display by about 24 hours (that's assuming that eBay is consistent with its "views not generating" problem).

Please, eBay, FIX this ongoing problem, or at the very least, please communicate with sellers about the status of the fix. This is a valuable tool for sellers and we are becoming increasingly frustrated by not having it intermittently. Thank you.

same here - 0 views on new items listed for days, and sales tanked in the last 3 days

I noticed this also, yesterday. My sales started to increase too. I'm not sure if the increase in sales has anything to do with the counter though.

Also having the same issue and at the same time sales have dropped to 0 normally have at least 4 a day plus best offers but nothing in nearly 2 days

For those with zero/low sales, see my post about "Looks like there might be a selling limit on your account" here in Technical Issues. My view counts now display and I've had two more sales since my last post. I keep checking, and the "selling limit" text hasn't reappeared.

No proof the two are related, but to me it seems very suspicious. What exactly happens when there's a "selling limit" on one's account? Are your listings buried in search, hidden from buyers, or...??? Wondering if perhaps the zero-views thing, whether your counts display or not, is a symptom of a selling limit. My hunch is that whatever problem is causing the view counts to be zero is also causing listings to buried somehow.

I have the same problem. It comes and goes. Also having 'duration' problems. Can only use 'til cancelled' duration, which I don't want.

Well I spoke too soon, it's happening again, this is getting ridiculous. I mean why cant eBay at least let us know they are having issues instead of leaving us hanging like this.

I've been both refreshing and going back to my active listings page for a while and so far counts have always displayed, so apparently this isn't a sitewide issue.

Sales are still way down, but I so far this weekend I've had two. And, that "account may have a selling limit" thing hasn't returned.

Seems the issue was fixed yesterday but is back again now, I know this for a fact because on a listing created yesterday I have 2 views and yet I have 3 watchers lol. Thats a neat trick more watchers then views. eBay needs to get their shh...stuff together

dashes happening on every listing today. has been 0's for the past few days....I read posts that eBay is working on it....but this has been an issue now for almost a week.

Same here; all dashes.

But interestingly I've had a few sales throughout the day. More sales since last Thursday evening than in the previous 30 days. "Must be the economy" --   (Couldn't possibly have been eBay issues.)

Hi, same here however sometimes it shows 1 view for everything, next time no views...so am very confused plus had watcher then this disappeared. Have 5 watchers for one item but no views, impossible. Don’t no whether worth contacting eBay or just end all items. For the commission eBay takes I’d expect better information.
