Ebay shipping label will not print

labels create but come out blank when printed. contacted e bay they said there is a technical issue they are working on.  does anyone know another way to print a label so I can ship my stuff ?

Same thing here...  There is a thread about this on the shipping forum too, seems to be many people having this issue. Hope they fix it soon!!!!

Just printed a label about 15 min ago thru eBay, waited for a couple of minutes while it did nothing, then hit refresh and it printed.

I've had the same error pop up when shipping to APO/FPO PO box. Oh, and when I was short on funds but tried to buy postage not realizing it.

It is an Internet Explorer issue...  I was using it and had the problem, tried thru Goggle Chrome as suggested by others having the same problem, and it worked! So deff an IE problem.

I have had this problem since yesterday. 6/15/17. Getting frustrating. Wasn't sure if it was just me or not. I have a relatively new printer and I can print everything, but the label.

I had the same problem yesterday. I used the Windows Snipping Tool to capture the image of my print label and then I printed it.

It started happening to me yesterday 06/15/17, after I did a Windows update and restart of my PC.  I can print the label in Chrome or Edge browser but prints blank under Internet Explorer.

I'm using Chrome browser and have had no problems printing labels. Which browser sre you using?

Same here. I ended up clicking 'print screen' and copying to 'paint' software then rotating the label picture so it would print sideways onto my label. It worked in a pitch, til it's fixed.

agreed, I went to google chrome and had no problem after trying on explorer for a day.

What a waste of time and paper... Went through trying to print, ended up voiding label - now have to wait for refund from USPS.  Tried Paypal, but, because I had voided, won't let me.  Ended up using Sniping tool.
