Ebay says I'm a bot - on Chrome

I use Chrome and have never had a problem. This afternoon, after using it all morning, Ebay signed me out and when I try to sign in again, it says Pardon our interruption and some gobblygook about me being a bot.

I never use MS Edge, but I tired it just to see if it's my computer - it let me sign in.

Anyone else having this problem?

Same thing happened to me August 24 after years of being able to sign in using Firefox while running uBlock and NoScript. eBay repeatedly gave me the "I am a bot" message. I repeatedly sent them bug error reports to no avail.

Thank goodness for these threads.

I opened a private window et voila, back in biz.

But it's annoying that eBay is constantly tinkering around, making it harder for people to maintain their accounts.

Same issue here in N.J. for a few days now.  Use chrome & haven't had many problems with it for 12 years. Now this.  Is eBay working on this?

Happened to me today...switched to Chrome and got in...but I don't like Chrome...

Same here starting from Monday.

Pardoned me on both Chrome and Firefox. Javascript enabled always as I never changed browser settings. I was able to login after I cleared cookies. Got the same issue 2 days later though.

eBay could ask me to do captcha instead of blocking me from login. This was very stupid.

I guess that many users got this issue these days. The reason why there were not many issue reports was that they were not able to login.
