Ebay "no healthy upstream" error - why?

Just started getting this within the last 24 hours (7/21 - 7/22/2022). I'm using a desktop computer running Windows 10, have no malware or bug issues, happens on first attempt at sign-on after firing up the computer. clearing the cache is of no help, and it only happens on Ebay. 

I've been getting another funky Ebay error this week too - something about "you've been redirected too many times". 

Ebay coding techs - what's going on?

Same here. Seen in 10-12 times in two days... Yikes.

I have seen the same "no healthy upstream" error the last few days. I arrow back and retry, seems to be ok after that.

Did not think much of it until I saw your topic. It must be on eBay's end.
