Hello,
I'm trying to pay for my item on EBAY with my credit card, and got an error message to change my card or check if it has balance. Tried with my paypal account, and got message that my payment cannot be processed at this time.
By the way, the last time I used my Ebay account was in Summer 2022 with no issues.
This is what I have checked:
1 )My credit card is active and has credit, I check with my bank and also on line, I have plenty of credit on it and is in good standing
2) my Paypal account is active, and my credit card is correctly linked to my Paypal account
3) I've tried to complete my checkout with my phone using the Ebay app, but got the same error messages
4) I've used different browsers, still the same error messages
5) I've logged in with my laptop and desktop, none of them worked.
6) Asked my husband to log into his Ebay account and try to do this purchase for me. SAme issues, he also went through steps 1-5 above with no luck.
We are in Canada (Brampton, Ontario), trying to buy an item on Ebay.ca that also ships from Vancouver, Canada,
Since we are both having the identical issue I assume it's a bug on Ebay's end? Can you please help out?
