Ebay failed to respond to the Data Request I made June 9th - Still reads "Processing" - 5 days later

I made a Data Request on June 9th and the only response from eBay is that it still shows as "processing" (see screenshot.

This is ridiculous. I merely asked for a list of transactions and descriptions for the past 2 years. Even to ask for that, I had to go through a live agent because there was nowhere I could find in the limited options provided in the Help Section under any category.

Does anyone know how I can get a faster response please?

Data requests typically take a week to process, then the resulting link must be used within the next week of it becoming available. Item descriptions were not available last time I checked purchase information.
