Problem with enabling Best Offer on listings

It seems when I go into a listing to turn on the Best Offers setting, just for that listing,

It seems to turn on Best Offers for many/all of my listings.  All other listings I checked had it turned on.  I did not check all my hundreds of listings.

I do not remember it working this way.  I also do not want it turned on for all of my listings.

You may have already changed the listings, but using the filter on the left for "accepts offers", I only see one item with B/O
