Ebay bucks

I haven't gotten an ebay bucks promotional offer for months, I reported the issue a few times but ebay just continues to sit on their hands which is not good for their reputation.

The regular ebay bucks program is long gone.  However, ebay still offers an occasional 5% ebucks promotion, but I haven't seen one in a couple of months.

eBay sends out those 5% promotion offers to select accounts about once per month, usually towards the end of the month. Not every user gets an offer every time. The last one was issued around October 24th, and before that September 26th and August 29th. Offers appear on one of the rotating banners on the main page, and users that qualify should get an eBay message about the offer.

That doesn't explain why I haven't gotten a promotional offer for months.
