Ebay broken

Ebay has been broken for years. Is anyone going to EVER fix it?

I CAN'T start a return because the CONFIRM RETURN button DOESN'T WORK!!!!! Nothing works correctly and there's NO WAY TO EVERY GET A HUMAN ON THE PHONE!!!!!

Clearly nobody can read here. You CAN'T attach a photo! You click on it- NOTHING! Nothing happens. It's dead. Just like the greyed out box that is ALWAYS grey.

The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

This explanation of the problem is a tad better than your first attempt.

Vagueness is why no other responses were provided sooner.

Anyways, looks like you have something to go on at this point.

 

Would not mind hearing what the fix turned out to be.
